Types of Users
Purchasing on the Pantaya website doesn’t require registration. Customers can complete their purchase as a guest, without creating a user account.
Accessibility of Information
Pantaya commits to provide customers with the following information:
1. a) Company identity (name and registered office, registration and tax number).
2. b) Contact information enabling fast and efficient communication (email, phone).
3. c) Essential characteristics of goods or services (including post-sale services and warranties).
4. d) Product availability (each product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time).
5. e) Terms of product delivery (method, location, and delivery time), or will this be available?
6. f) All prices must be clearly and unambiguously specified, indicating whether they include taxes and shipping costs.
7. g) Payment and delivery methods.
8. h) Validity period of the offer.
9. i) The deadline for withdrawing from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal, including the cost of returning the product to the customer, if applicable.

Product Offers and Prices
Due to the nature of online business, the product offers and prices in the holisticpantaya.com online store are subject to updates and changes. The prices on holisticpantaya.com are the same for registered members and guest users of the online store. Since we are subject to VAT, VAT is calculated on purchases. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and do not have a predetermined validity period.
Order and Prices
The sales contract between Pantaya D.O.O. and customers is concluded in the holisticpantaya.com online store at the moment Pantaya D.O.O. sends the first email confirming the customer’s order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Pantaya D.O.O. and customers. The sales contract (i.e., the first email regarding the order status) is stored in electronic form on the holisticpantaya.com server and is available to consumers upon written request.
Delivery Time
All orders placed during working hours before 1 PM are shipped the same day in case of payment via PayPal or with a Diners card. Orders marked for payment by invoice are shipped as soon as we receive the payment to our bank account. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day. For products with a longer delivery time specifically marked, that delivery time is taken into account. In the case of ordering a virtual e-product, you will receive it within a few hours after we receive your payment. E-products will be delivered to the email address you provided when placing your order and to your user account on www.holisticpantaya.com.
Payment Methods
The holisticpantaya.com online store offers the following payment methods:
- Advance payment (UPN order) to the company’s account.
- With a Diners card.
All orders are delivered by DPD, and the delivery cost is 7 EUR (including VAT). In the case of ordering only virtual e-products, no delivery cost is charged. Note: These terms, packaging, and delivery costs apply only within the Republic of Croatia. After the delivery and payment of ordered items, Pantaya D.O.O. will send an invoice to the customer in PDF format to the customer’s email address. The invoice itemizes the price and all costs related to the purchase. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data before submitting an order.
Invoice Issuance
The final invoice is received by the customer after the item is shipped. In the case of payment by UPN, the item is shipped only after the payment is received in our bank account.
Discount Codes
A discount code or promotional code offers various benefits when purchasing through the holisticpantaya.com online store. You can find an active code on the homepage, in emails from Pantaya d.o.o., or in other media. Each code provides various benefits, from gifts to discounts. Any code is always time-limited and must be used within the specified period; otherwise, it is invalid.
Using a Discount Code
1. Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
2. At checkout, enter the discount code in the “Promotional Code” field and click the “Confirm” button.
3. Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
4. When you enter the discount code, the code’s value will automatically be deducted from your order’s total. The remaining amount to be paid will be displayed.
Purchase Process
1. Product Selection: On the holisticpantaya.com website, select a product and click “Add to Cart.” The system will confirm that the product has been added to the cart successfully. To continue shopping, click the “Continue Shopping” link to return to the online store. To complete the purchase, click the “Checkout” link to proceed to the shopping cart.
2. Removing Items from the Shopping Cart: On the holisticpantaya.com website, in the upper right corner, there’s a shopping cart icon which, when clicked, displays the products added to the shopping cart during browsing. To remove a specific product from the shopping cart, click on the cart icon and then the “Remove” option. To add a product to the cart, click the “Continue Shopping” link. Clicking this link brings you back to the online store.
3. Shopping Cart: To complete the order, you must fill in the necessary fields:
- Delivery address: You must provide the required contact information, marked with a red asterisk (name, surname, email address, address, city, postal code, and phone number), needed for order confirmation and product delivery.
- The form allows you to create a user account, and the user’s data will be stored for the next order.
- Delivery cost.
- Payment method: You can choose from the following payment methods: by invoice, or with a Diners card.
- Discount code: If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the appropriate field and click the “Confirm” button.
- Order Review: The products you added to the shopping cart are displayed. The product price, shipping cost, and the total cost of the payment are visible in the shopping cart before you complete the order.
4. Order Completion: You can review the provided delivery information, the chosen payment method, and the shopping cart’s contents. Confirm the order by clicking the “Place Order” button. If the order is successfully completed, the website will display the message: “Your order was successful. Thank you for your purchase! Your order number is: XXX.”
Notification Process for Purchases
- After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been received. Members of the Pantaya family can access information about the status and content of their orders on the holisticpantaya.com website.
- For the purpose of verifying data or ensuring the accuracy of delivery, Pantaya d.o.o. may contact the customer by phone. Upon the customer’s request, the order can be cancelled or confirmed by phone. In the event of unavailability of the ordered products, Pantaya d.o.o. reserves the right to offer the customer an appropriate replacement product of the same or greater value or to notify the customer of the expected delivery time.
Order Cancellation
- Customers have the right to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. The customer must send a written statement of the cancellation to the email address info@holisticpantaya.com, stating the order number, the customer’s name, and the date of purchase. In cases of cancellation, Pantaya d.o.o. will refund the full amount to the customer’s bank account as soon as possible, but no later than within 15 days of receiving the written statement of cancellation. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
- The Right of Withdrawal from a Contract (Return of Goods) Pantaya d.o.o. allows customers to withdraw from their contract within 15 days of receiving the goods, without specifying the reason for their decision. The right to withdraw from the contract is valid for 15 days from the date the customer received the goods.
- To assert the right of withdrawal from a contract, the customer must inform Pantaya d.o.o. of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement to info@holisticpantaya.com.
- The customer may use the withdrawal form template, but it isn’t obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it’s sufficient for the customer to send their communication concerning their exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If a customer withdraws from a contract, Pantaya d.o.o. shall reimburse to the customer all payments received from the customer, without undue delay and in any event no later than 15 days from the date when Pantaya d.o.o. is informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Pantaya d.o.o. will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Pantaya d.o.o. may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The customer shall send back the goods or hand them over to Pantaya d.o.o., Brezje pri Grosupljem 81, 1290 Grosuplje, Slovenia, without undue delay and in any case by not later than 15 days from the date when the customer communicates their withdrawal from the contract to Pantaya d.o.o. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the period of 15 days has expired.
The customer will only bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Limitation of Liability
Pantaya d.o.o. is not liable for violations of any rights of a customer or a third party, resulting from the use of unauthorized software on its website. Pantaya d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of data entered by website visitors. Pantaya d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse an order if it believes that the customer is a fraudulent person.
Complaints
The customer can submit a complaint or report a defect to Pantaya d.o.o. through any of the contact methods provided in the contact section of this website. Pantaya d.o.o. will confirm that it has received the complaint within five business days, inform the customer about how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the customer informed about the progress of the procedure.
Dispute Resolution
Pantaya d.o.o. and the customer will strive to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana will be responsible for resolving the dispute.
Applicable Law
Any dispute between Pantaya d.o.o. and the customer will be resolved in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
Pantaya d.o.o. reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the General Terms and Conditions will be published on the holisticpantaya.com website. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions shall be considered adopted from the moment of publication. All disputes arising from the use of this website will be resolved in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Final Provisions
The court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this contract.
